- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Combine beans, parsley, lemon juice, garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Gradually mix in olive oil while machine is running to make a creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
