Chia Seed Pudding

  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1-3 tbsp. maple syrup

Whisk all ingredients together.  Cover and chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

 

 

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Put in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight to set
