Instant Pot Lemon Curd

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest grated

Blend in pressure cooker and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. 10 Minutes natural release and then whisk.
