  • 8 cups red or green cabbage, finely grated or chopped
  • 2 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radish
  • 1 large apple, cored and thinly sliced and chopped into strips
  • 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
