4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine on medium heat until boiling.  Let it boil for 5 minutes without stirring.  Place in a jug of water on low heat.
