- 1 whole head cauliflower
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lime (or rice wine vinegar)
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. sriracha
- Break up the cauliflower into small florets.
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Add the cauliflower and garlic, stirring until it browns a bit
- turn heat to low, add soy sauce, lime juice, most of the green onion
- stir, cook for 1 minute, add hot sauce
- serve with green onion sprinkled on top
