Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup mixed herbs (dill, mint, tarragon, cilantro)
  • 2 tbsp. chives
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice, plus 1/2 tsp. zest
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Combine all in a food processor.
