  • 2 tbsp. miso paste
  • 4 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced or grated
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup water
