4 egg whites
1 cup fine sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. white vinegar
- Beat egg whites. Add 1/3 of the sugar, beat until dissolved.
- Slowly add remaining sugar, beating after each addition.
- Add vanilla and vinegar and beat.
- Bake at 250 for 1.5 hours.
- Cool in oven with door ajar.
