Cereal

8 cups large rolled oats1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stir and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
