  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. grainy or Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
