Hoisin Lamb

  • 1 lamb loin
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • green onions
  • chopped peanuts

Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and olive oil – marinate the lamb for at least four hours or overnight.
