- 1 lamb loin
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- green onions
- chopped peanuts
Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and olive oil – marinate the lamb for at least four hours or overnight.
