Kale Salad (MOM)

1/2   cup lemon juice
1     tbsp. canola oil
1     tbsp. olive oil
1     tsp. sugar
1/2  tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1     Bunch of Kale (shredded)
1     Large tomato (chopped)
1/2   cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2   cup Dried cranberries or raisins
Whisk lemon juice, oil, sugar , salt and pepper together in a large bowl.    Add Kale,  tomato, sunflower seeds and cranberries and toss.
