For the love of food
- cook diced carrot, onion and red pepper in coconut oil
- add a can of chick peas, a clove of garlic, some minced ginger
- add your sauce:
- add a few teaspoons of rice vinegar
- a few tablespoons chili sauce
- a few tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- a few teaspoons soy sauce
- a few tablespoons of either honey or real maple syrup
- a teaspoon of sesame oil
- a few drops of liquid smoke
- and a teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce
- cook until sauce thickens and reduces
- top with chopped peanuts, red onion, green onion, cilantro
- squeeze of lime on top when served
