Omelettes (MOM)

  1. Separate yolks and egg whites
  2. Beat the whites stiff
  3. Add 1 tsp. cornstarch to yolks, beat with 1 tbsp. milk
  4. Fold yolks into whites

OR

  1. Take two eggs
  2. Mix with 1 tbsp. milk
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
