Fricadelle (MOM)

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • handful of breadcrumbs
  • grated onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. (roasted and ground) coriander
  • salt and pepper

Mix together and make into balls.

For the gravy:

  • roux of oil and flour
  • salt and pepper
  • water
  • oxo cubes

Pour gravy over the balls, cook for 1-1.5 hours at 350.
