- 1 lb. ground beef
- handful of breadcrumbs
- grated onion
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. (roasted and ground) coriander
- salt and pepper
Mix together and make into balls.
For the gravy:
- roux of oil and flour
- salt and pepper
- water
- oxo cubes
Pour gravy over the balls, cook for 1-1.5 hours at 350.
