Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  1. In a small bowl, combine herbs and spices.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Place drumsticks in a bowl or a plastic bag and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle herbs and spices all over drumsticks to coat them.
  6. Preheat air fryer at 400 for 2-10 minutes.
  7. Place drumsticks in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes on 400.
  8. Remove basket and flip chicken drumsticks.
  9. Cook at 400 for another 10 minutes.
  10. If chicken is not 165 degrees internally, add another 5 minutes of cook-time.
  11. Time can vary based on drumstick size, so do check the temperature with a digital thermometer after cooking to prevent over or under cooking.
  12. When chicken has reached 165 degrees internally, serve immediately.

Air Fryer French Fries

  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Using a mandoline, slice the potatoes into fries. Place potatoes in a cool water bath. Completely submerge the fries in water.Let fries sit one hour. This helps to remove excess starch and will help the fries crisp up more in the oven.Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.After an hour, drain the water, and pat fries dry with a paper towel.Toss with a couple tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.Add fries to bottom of air fryer basket, making sure they are all on the same level.Cook 13 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.Place on a baking sheet lined with paper towels and a cooling rack over it.Place in warm oven (set to the minimum temperature, not over 250 degrees) and let rest while other batches of fries are cooking.

Air Fryer BBQ Ribs

  • 3 pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion
  • ¼ teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • ⅓ cup barbeque sauce

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Step 2

Strip the membrane from the back of the ribs, cut the ribs into 4 equal portions. Step 3

Combine brown sugar, white sugar, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, pepper, cumin, onion, and Greek seasoning in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over the ribs and place in the air fryer basket. Step 4

Cook ribs in the air fryer for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Brush with barbeque sauce and air fry for 5 more minutes.

Air Fryer Chicken Wings

  • Nonstick cooking spray, for the basket
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint and tips removed 
  • Kosher salt 
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot 
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving 
  1. Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.
  2. Meanwhile, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.  
  3. Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.

Air Fryer Chicken Wings (from frozen)

  • Place wings in air fryer basket so they aren’t overlapping.
  • Close drawer and set to 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Open, flip each one over and set again for 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes spray wings with olive oil spray so they crisp up more.
  • Check, if you want them crispier flip them again, spray again, and set for a few more minutes.
  • Mix 3 ingredients together in a bowl to make sweet n spicy buffalo sauce.
  • Toss together to coat and serve!

Air Fryer Arancini

  • 1.5 cups panko
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • risotto

In a small bowl, place the bread crumbs. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.

Remove chilled risotto from the fridge. Roll into 1 inch rice balls.

Dip into eggs then into bread crumbs to coat the entire ball. Do this until you run out of ingredients.

Place rolled and coated balls back into the fridge for 45 minutes.

Remove from fridge and place into Air Fryer in small batches.

Cook at 400 degrees F for a cooking time of 10 minutes. Shake at minute 8. The balls are actually done around minute 6-7 but the browning doesn’t happen until minute 8-10.
