- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup finely minced apples
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. crushed fennel
- salt and pepper
- 1-2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Combine turkey, diced apple, garlic, spices in a mixing bowl.
- Form meat into 12 small patties
- Heat a skillet, add oil
- Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side
