  • 1 cup cry beans
  • 2 cups brown rice (or a medley of long-cooking rices)
  • 4.5 cups water
  • 1 cup salsa (or equivalent of water or part tomato paste)
  • 4-5 tablespoons of spices (cumin, cayenne, chili powder, basil, thyme, etc.)

Manual 30 minutes
Natural pressure release for at least 15 minutes
